📦 Ordering

How do I place an order?
You can order via our iOS or Android app, or by installing it from Apple Store and Play Store. Select your fuel type, enter your delivery address, choose a time slot, pay, and you're done - in under 2 minutes.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Petrol (PMS): 10 litres. Diesel (AGO): 50 litres. Cooking Gas (LPG): 3 kg.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes! You can schedule deliveries up to 7 days in advance via the app or website. Perfect for businesses needing a reliable supply schedule.
Can I order for someone else's address?
Yes. You can enter any valid delivery address in our coverage zone, regardless of whose name the account is in.
Can I order multiple fuel types in one order?
Currently, each order is limited to one fuel type. However, you can place multiple orders simultaneously.

🚚 Delivery

How fast will my fuel be delivered?
We aim for under 45 minutes in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. In Zone B cities, same-day delivery is guaranteed. Estimated times are shown at checkout.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Yes! Once a driver is dispatched, you can track their live GPS location on our app and website. You'll also receive SMS updates at each stage.
What happens if nobody is home when the driver arrives?
We attempt delivery twice. After the first missed attempt, we call you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled with a partial refund (see Refund Policy).
Do you deliver 24/7, including weekends?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Will the driver pour the fuel directly into my generator/car?
Yes. Our drivers carry certified dispensing equipment to safely transfer fuel into your tank, generator, or storage container.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards via Paystack and Flutterwave, bank transfer, USSD (*737#, *919#, *966#), and cash on delivery in select areas.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Go & Fill never stores your full card details.
Can I pay with a Go & Fill wallet?
Yes! You can top up your in-app wallet and use it for faster checkout. Wallet top-ups can be done via card or bank transfer.
Will I receive a receipt/invoice?
Yes. A digital receipt is sent to your email and SMS after every completed order. Businesses can receive monthly consolidated invoices.
How do I get a refund?
See our full Refund Policy. In short: contact us within the stated timeframe with your order reference and we process refunds within 1–7 business days.

⛽ Fuel Quality

Where does Go & Fill source its fuel?
All our fuel is sourced from NNPC-licensed depots. We carry quality certificates for every batch and conduct random quality tests.
How do I know I'm getting the exact quantity I paid for?
Our delivery trucks use calibrated, tamper-evident meters. The reading is shown to you and recorded in your receipt.
What if I suspect the fuel quality is poor?
Report it immediately to our support team on 08022264886 or support@gonfill.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund or replacement.
Is Go & Fill's fuel the same as what petrol stations sell?
Yes. We source from the same licensed NNPC depots that supply filling stations, ensuring identical quality.

How do I create an account?
Download the Go & Fill app or visit our website and click "Sign Up". You'll need your name, phone number, and email.
Can I have multiple delivery addresses on my account?
Yes. You can save unlimited addresses (home, office, site, etc.) in your account for quick reordering.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@gonfill.com with your request. Your account will be deactivated within 7 days and data deleted per our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

📱 App & Tech

Where can I download the Go & Fill app?
On iOS from the Apple App Store and on Android from the Google Play Store. Search "Go and Fill Nigeria".
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for your fuel orders.
The app is not working. What should I do?
Try force-closing and reopening the app, check your internet connection, or update to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact support@gonfill.com.
Can I order fuel without the app?
Yes, our website (www.gonfill.com) offers the full ordering experience without needing the app.
