These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Go & Fill Nigeria Ltd ("Go & Fill", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using our Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

Go & Fill provides on-demand fuel delivery services including:
All fuel is sourced from NNPC-licensed depots and delivered by DPR-certified operators. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase fuel at the price displayed. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email/SMS with an order reference number. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: payment failure, insufficient stock, delivery address outside coverage, or suspected fraud.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Fuel prices are market-linked and may change daily. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price you pay. A delivery fee applies to all orders, as displayed at checkout.
We accept payment via Paystack, Flutterwave (card, bank transfer, USSD), and cash on delivery (in select areas). By making a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. All card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant processors - we never store your full card details.
You may cancel an order free of charge within 15 minutes of placement, provided a driver has not yet been assigned. After dispatch, cancellations may incur a fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Go & Fill Nigeria Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant Go & Fill a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Go & Fill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go & Fill Nigeria Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18 LFN 2004).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
